Returns every call currently in progress across your workspace. No agent ID, no phone number, no request body — one request tells you what is live.

With calls in progress
No calls in progress
This reflects calls in progress. A call that has ended leaves the list, and its record appears in your call log instead.

What to use it for

Webhook fallback

If a call_completed webhook does not arrive — a client disconnect, a delivery failure — poll this endpoint to find out whether the call actually ended.

Sequential calls

Running a chain of outbound calls? Check here before placing the next one, so two calls never overlap.

Capacity planning

Check how many calls are live before starting a batch, so you stay within your concurrent call allowance.

Your own dashboard

Build a live view in your own tooling showing active calls, their direction, and participants.

Polling for completion

The most common pattern: place a call, wait for the webhook, and fall back to polling if it doesn’t arrive.
